Beginner Friendly Classes

Let us help you start your Pole journey.

The classes below are all beginner-friendly. We recommend beginning with Beginner Pole Tricks before starting the dance and heels classes. If you have a dance background come and chat with us.

The stretch and conditioning classes are beginner-friendly and great add-ons to Pole classes.

Beginner Tricks Classes

What do I wear?  Comfortable shorts with T-Shirt or crop top.

What do I bring? Drink Bottle

Beginner Dance/Heels Classes

7.30PM    TUESDAY - Level 1 Pole Dance

6.30PM    FRIDAY - Level 1 Heels

What do I wear?  Comfortable shorts or leggings with T-Shirt or crop top. Socks recommended for Dance and Heels a must for Heels classes.
